IDSF BYLAWS Members
of the Imperial Dragoon Strike Fleet will all abide by these rules: I.
Personnel of the Imperial Dragoon Strike Fleet will be responsible for
their online behavior. Misbehavior
and breaches of online etiquette will not be tolerated. Such infringements
include but are not limited to: cursing in public Internet Relay Chat (IRC)
rooms or on public message boards, attacks and abusive actions against others,
distributing illegal copies of software, e-mailing viruses intentionally or
"nuking" fellow personnel, and discriminating against because of race,
religion, sex, sexual preference/affectional status, age, or gender. II.
The Fleet Commander, GA Cyric Warchild is the exclusive owner of the
Imperial Dragoon Strike Fleet. Only
the Fleet Commander has the authority to contact and pursue Imperial Dragoon
Strike Fleet business with other online clubs, though inquiries by other
Imperial Dragoon Strike Fleet can be forwarded on, after being sent to the Fleet
Commander. The Fleet Commander
only, will appoint and promote members to the Imperial Dragoon Strike Fleet
Command Staff. III.
Property of the Imperial Dragoon Strike Fleet, such as its manuals,
WebPages, artwork and other documents must not be edited or posted for use not
of the Imperial Dragoon Strike Fleet, without permission from the documents
author. No profit shall be made on
membership, services rendered, etc in the Imperial Dragoon Strike Fleet.
All submissions made to the Imperial Dragoon Strike Fleet become IDSF
property, excluding member-created websites with -original- content. IV.
Imperial Dragoon Strike Fleet developments, historical events, battle
plotlines, etc will be released to the Fleet only after being reviewed and
approved by the Fleet Commander. Also,
only member-created submissions (i.e. fictional work, graphics, missions,
websites) that has been approved by the proper Command Staff member will be
"official" for the IDSF. V.
Members will be required to report in to their superiors at least once
every thirty days to preserve their membership in the Imperial Dragoon Strike
Fleet. Members holding positions in
the Sixth Echelon (Squadron Commanders and higher) or higher will be expected to
be more active.
