Section I Councils' of the Dark Order
The Dark Order is Ruled by the Grand Council. The Grand Council is comprised of the Grand Master and Deputy Grand Master of the Brotherhood, the Vizier of the Dark Order, the Pahsa's and Zulkir's of the Clans, the Head Dean of the Dark Institute, and the Chief Emissary of the Dark Order. All rulings concerning the Dark Order is made by this Council. Another Council within the Dark Order is the Inner Council. The Inner Council is comprised of select Dark Jedi, including the current and all past Grand Masters and Deputy Grand Masters of the Dark Order, whose loyalty to the Order and the Dark Side are unquestionable. These Dark Jedi are invited by the current members of the Inner Council, which is ruled by the most senior and powerful among the Council. This Council has the only authority other than the Fleet Commanders to remove a Grand Master from power. This can only be done by a unanimous vote (obviously the current GM is not included in this vote) by the Council. The Inner Council has it's own Rank Structure, depending on the Dark Jedi Rank and Length of Service of the Member. The council is led by the High Pontiff and he is assisted by the Low Pontiff. The next rank down is High Cardinal, followed by Cardinal and Low Cardinal. All new members of the Inner Council start at the rank of Low Cardinal.
