After Four Long Years since the Emperor's third death, the Fleet returns to the Deep Core

| Formation of the Fleet | The Imperial Dragoon Strike Fleet has just spent five years searching and exploring the Unknown Regions. The Emperor has died (for the 3rd time) four long years ago, with no word of his possible return. Fleet Admiral Greene has taken control of Byss and surrounding areas and declared himself Emperor of the New Imperium. The Fleet must return to the Core and retake Byss so the Emperor is ensured a place to return to, if he should ever return. | |

The Fleet makes it's return to the Deep Core in dramatic fashion, arriving in Byss Space undetected. The Fleet Commander contacts this false Emperor and Orders the 'Fleet Admiral' to turn his Fleet over to the Grand Admirals control (as he is a Superior Officer) and when the 'Fleet Admiral' declines, the Grand Admiral orders a Full Scale attack. The two Major Ships of the Dragoon Strike Fleet, the ESSD Armageddon and the SSSD Destiny, make quick and easy work of four Imperial Star Destroyers of the New Imperium. The IDSF forces mow through the Mew Imperium forces like a hot knife through butter, when a lucky hit on the SSSD Destiny from the New Imperium's own SSSD, the "Proteus"; commanded by Fleet Admiral/Emperor Greene, send the SHip and all her crew to a fiery grave. But at last the Battle is over, with the Fleet Admiral fleeing and the IDSF taking over Byss.
But the Grand Admiral is far from done. With deadly efficiency, the Fleet Commander demonstrates WHY he was promoted to Grand Admiral by the Emperor, by striking at more planets and territories controlled by the self proclaimed Emperor and traitor to the Emperor, Fleet Admiral Greene before he has time to react from his defeat at Byss.
Within 2 months the IDSF has control of the territories as shown below. The Dragoon Strike Fleet is readying itself for further battle's against the New Imperium at this time. The War is far from over...
