This area contains the requirements for Promotion's in the Imperial Dragoon Fleet, as well as who has what Promotional Authority. The Fleet Commander and Fleet Executive Officer reserve the right to deny any promotion request, hence the Fleet Commander, Fleet XO and Operations Officer need to be notified of any Promotions or Requests in the Fleet. In addition, only the Fleet Commander and the Fleet Executive Officer may appoint Command Officers, but any recommendations by Command Staff will be noted with HIGH Regard.
