REPORTS Below are examples of the format to be used by any Commanding Officer (Squadron, Wing, Commodore, Battle Group, and Command Staff) when submitting reports for his Command to superiors and those personnel in his/her Command. Also, A link for The Monthly Evaluations Form is listed to the right. These reports are due monthly to you immediate superior. A Summary page Link is also to the right, this is merely a summary of the final marks of those you are evaluating.

Reports are due to the Fleet Commander and Fleet Executive Officer by Midnight every Tuesday. In order for this to happen, Sixth Echelon Unit Commanders (i.e. Squadron Commanders) need to have reports in to their Immediate superiors (Fifth Echelon Unit Commanders, i.e. Wing Commanders) by Midnight every Friday, Fifth Echelon Commanders need to have their reports in the their Superiors (Fourth Echelon Commanders, i.e. Ships Commodores) by Midnight every Saturday, Fourth Echelon Commanders need to have their reports to their superior (Third Echelon Commanders, i.e. Battle Group Commanders) by Midnight Every Sunday, Third Echelon Commanders need to have their reports to their superior (Second Echelon Commanders, i.e. Division Commanders: CNO, ACS, etc) by Midnight every Monday, which will allow these Second Echelon Commanders to have reports to First Echelon of Command, the Fleet Commander and Executive Officer on time, by Tuesday at Midnight. This will allow the Fleet Commander to post reports and have his report out to the Fleet By Wednesday at Midnight.
